About the Restaurant
Since 1986, LoMonaco’s Italian Restaurant has been serving Branford, CT residents the finest Italian food available on the Connecticut shoreline. Not even a fire in 2002 could stop owners Vincenzo and Maria LoMonaco and Nick Mastroianni from providing the town of Branford with outstanding Italian cuisine. Located on Route 1, the restaurant offers high-quality Italian fare in a setting reminiscent of Tuscany. The restaurant boasts two dining rooms with seating for up to 76 people. If you'd like a romantic table for two or a large table to accommodate your large party, LoMonaco's Italian Restaurant can feed you.
Chef Vinnie LoMonaco prepares the most delectable Italian food, while Maria LoMonaco manages the front of the house – planning parties and private events that can accommodate from 15 to 75 people. Maria will gladly help you plan your private function at the restaurant – or she can recommend platters and catering for any off-property party or private event. Would you rather get a pizza, a calzone, or your favorite Italian entree to go? No problem. The restaurant offers its fabulous Italian fare for take out. Come to the back of the restaurant for pick up.
The restaurant is wheelchair accessible from both the front and side entrances, as well as the “to go” area. Reservations are recommended for parties of 6 or more. Parking is available in our lot behind the restaurant.
